洗顔や髪の毛を洗う際に、「水で洗い流す」と言いたいときは、"rinse" ＝「水で落とす、すすぐ」や "flush" ＝「水で流す、洗う」がよく用いられます。

「水で落とす、すすぐ」や「水で流す、洗う」は、 "rinse" や "flush" を用います。
例文 ⇒ 水でよく洗い流してください。

例文 ⇒（目に入った際は）すぐに水で洗い流してください。
▶ Immediately flush with water.
そもそも "rinse" には、「石けんを使わずにきれいな水で洗う」、「洗い終わった石けんを水で落とす、すすぐ」という意味があります。
rinse：
① to wash something with clean water only, not using soap
② remove the soap from something with clean water after washing it

また例文の「よく」には "thoroughly" ＝「十分に」／「徹底的に」が使われます。 "thoroughly" は "thorough" の副詞形で、
thorough：
① done completely with great attention

という意味があり、「完全な、完璧な」という意味のほかに、人の性格などに使われ「入念な、綿密な」という意味があります。

目に入らないように注意してください。

「目に入る」という表現には、「接触」や「触れている状態」を意味する "contact" が使われます。
日本語にもありますが「コンタクトスポーツ "contact sport(s)"」の "contact" です。
またニュアンスは少し変わりますが、「目に入る」という表現に、 "get into" が使われることもあります。

余談ですが、「コンタクトレンズ」は片方のレンズを意味するとき以外は、基本的に "contact lenses" もしくは "contacts" のように複数形で使われます。
"sunglasses" などと同じ扱いです。
